I'm Rachana — a qualified coach and Ayurvedic practitioner. I know what it feels like to wake up one day and not recognise yourself. To be capable and motivated on the outside, while anxiety, self-doubt, and a quiet sense of being lost take up all the space inside. I have done the deep work to find my way back to myself — and that journey is the foundation of everything I bring to my practice.
I became a coach because I know from the inside what it takes to move from lost and anxious — to clear, purposeful, and alive.
I hold a PG Certificate in Coaching and Counselling from the University of East London, and I have spent four years coaching individuals through some of the most pivotal moments of their lives.

How it works
Step 1: A relaxed 45-minute conversation to explore where you are, what you need, and whether we are the right fit.
Step 2: We design your coaching journey. Together, we set goals and agree on a way of working that is entirely tailored to you.
Step 3: The work begins. Session by session, we go deeper — building clarity, shifting patterns, and anchoring lasting change.
